Your Repair
At the start of the pandemic, we focused on emergency and urgent repairs. However, since the latest guidance from the government and the phased easing of lockdown; we are aiming to return to a full repairs service.
However, unfortunately there will be delays due to the current backlog. As always, we will be keeping you informed of when your repair will be taking place. We thank you for your patience.
It is important to let us know if you or your family have been asked to self-isolate so we can safely accommodate your needs. If you have a repair which requires urgent attention please contact us immediately.
Emergency Repair
These are repairs which are needed to avoid serious health and safety problems or prevent serious structural damage to your home. This service is to make your home safe and will be carried out within 24 hours. Occasionally we may be able to carry out a full repair, but where this is not possible the follow-up repair will be re-prioritised once the emergency has been dealt with.
Emergency Repairs
If the repair is an emergency, then we will arrange for a contractor to call you within 4 to 24 hours. Someone will need to stay at home to allow us access to carry out the repair.
